Welcome to the Chicopee Toys For Tots Official website
Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Chicopee Toys for Tots campaign and considering us to be your charity to support this year! We are very grateful for the humongous response from the community in 2025. Please look into the Local Frequently Asked Questions for any quick concerns.
Our mission is to collect as many new, unwrapped toys during the months of October, November, and December every year, and distribute those as gifts to less fortunate children in the local communities.

Our warehouse is located on Westover Airforce Base. Warehouse volunteers MUST fill out a visitor's request in order to gain access to the base. If you do NOT fill out the request, the gate guards will deny entry.
How to get involved?
Its easy!
First you'll need to decide how you'd like to contribute. You can coordinate with us to host a toy drive in your community, become a volunteer at our warehouse, or provide monetary donations to support the effort in ensuring children recieve toys.
If you choose to host your own toy drive, be sure to bring the collected toys to our warehouse BEFORE the end of the campaign.
Individual families requesting toys must be sent through local nonprofit organizations of the Hampden, Hampshire, Berkshire, and Franklin County areas. We do not personally work with individual families due to the volume of requests we get. If you are interested in recieving toys for your family, please contact your local social welfare organization to register with Toys for Tots.

Campaign dates: 1 October 2026 - 22 December 2026
Campaign begins accepting applications: 10 October 2026
Campaign stops accepting applications: 20 November 2026
Toy distribution begins: 30 November 2026

HOST AN EVENT
Please fill out the event request form by following the link below with as much detail as possible. Once it is in our database, we will be able to work your request. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email. Events can vary from office Holiday parties to individual toy drives.

BE A VOLUNTEER
Each volunteer will need to sign the Gratuitous Service Agreement, and volunteers under the age of 18 will need to have a legal guardian sign the form. To become a volunteer please click the link Become a Volunteer. Our hours of operation are listed below.
Please wear proper working attire such as pants, t-shirt, and closed toed shoes. We recommend you bring water and snacks. Each volunteer will need to check in with a Coordinator and will need to sign the log book for the hours worked. Once your volunteer time has ended, please sign out of our log book prior to leaving.
Marines and Sailors from other units wishing to register for the events are expected to wear their DRESS UNIFORM.
